New to tracking macros?

Overwhelmed by all of the nutrition information out there?

Do you find yourself constantly giving up because you find dieting to be too stressful and complicated?

We understand! There is a seemingly endless amount of advice out there when it comes to nutrition – as well as a lot of conflicting information. With endless options available to you, it can be difficult and confusing to make a decision. Even if you finally pick a nutrition plan, you might not stick with it because you’re overwhelmed with all the things you feel like you “have” to do! And, unfortunately, most nutrition “plans” promise fast results with overly restrictive diets, elimination diets, and every other “fad diet” under the sun that are in no way sustainable.

At Black Iron Nutrition, our number one priority is to help you create a LIFESTYLE around your diet. Not only do we want to help you achieve your goals, but we want to make sure you can maintain what you accomplished, long after your time with us has come to an end. We hold you accountable while allowing you to be human on your journey (not ours). Your journey may involve losing 100lbs, making it to the CrossFit Games, competing on the national platform, walking down the aisle, supporting your health pre- and post-pregnancy, recovering from an illness, or maybe you just don’t want to fear your favorite foods anymore. It is entirely up to you – and we’re here to guide you through it.

How are we equipped to support you on your journey? Along with our personable and relatable nutrition coaches, we have multiple programs to choose from. If you’re new to tracking food and macronutrients, you would start with our Lifestyle program on the beginner track. It’s important to us that you learn and understand the basics before graduating to more advanced nutritional practices. Our Lifestyle beginner track improves the client/coach relationship tremendously by allowing your coach to see where you’re struggling so that they can offer additional support in the areas where you need it most.
