Nutrition + Training Clients

  • New nutrition clients and former clients who do not have a current subscription:

    • Your payment will be processed as soon as you submit your payment information, spots are limited and these programs do fill up.

    • Your program’s start date will be Jan 1, 2024, and you will be paid until Jan 1, 2025.

  • Current nutrition clients:

    • Your payment will be processed within 24 hours of your application to your default payment on file with us. If you wish to update your payment method beforehand, you may do so by logging into your online portal and going to your account page, on your account page in the billing section there is an area to update your payment method, here is the direct link to that page, client account page. After you update your payment, please submit your application. 

    • Because you are on a current subscription, the year of paid time will get tacked onto your paid time, no prorates or credits from any recent subscription payments will be applied to the cost of your Black Friday purchase.

    • If your current subscription is scheduled to renew between now and Jan 1, 2024, it will still renew, and your year of paid time will be added to the end of that time. For example, if your monthly subscription renews on Dec 12, 2023, and you purchase a year of nutrition services, you will then be paid until Jan 12, 2025.

  • Returning nutrition clients:

    • When you apply your account will be automatically restored, and you will then need to log into your account, enter your payment details, and submit your payment. If you wish to reset your account and start fresh, please message your coach and request an account reset. If you wish to keep your old information, your first check-in day back will be assigned to January 1, 2024.

  • We pay now but it doesn’t start until Jan 1, could you explain?

    • Because spots are limited and will fill up, we encourage clients to subscribe and submit all information as soon as possible. Submitting payment does guarantee you a spot. If you complete, and submit your assessment form to your coach prior to December 22, 2023, you will be sent welcome information before your January 1, 2024 start, but your start will still be January 1, 2024. 

    • If you delay completing and submitting your assessment form to your coach until after December 22, 2023, it may delay your start date assignment. 

Training ONLY Clients

New and former training clients:

  • Programming will start January 1, 2024, you will be emailed an invite to your selected program a few days before, this invite will be emailed to you from training@blackironnutrition.com to the email provided on your purchase form.

    Current training clients:

    • Purchasing one of our Black Friday deals does not replace any active current subscriptions, you will need to cancel your subscription so it does not renew.

      • If you purchased your subscription through the TrainHeroic Marketplace you can cancel your subscription within the TrainHeroic app.

      • If you purchased your subscription directly through our SquareSpace commerce site, you can cancel it by logging into your account here.

      • If you are unsure which method you used, or if you have any issues please email the training team at, training@blackironnutrition.com.

    • If you took advantage of last year’s Black Friday deal, and choose to purchase this year’s Black Friday deal, you will receive programming through the end of the year even if your purchase dates don’t perfectly align.

Can I apply now but pay later?

Unfortunately, not.

Can I break up the payments?

No, there is no way to do this, it is a one-time single-payment deal.

I signed up and chose a coach and/or training program, and am not feeling it, can I switch?

We understand how important it is to have a connection with your coach and enjoy the training program you are on, this is why we are always open to discussing changes, to change your training program please email, training@blackironnutrition.com, to discuss coaching or program changes, please email admin@blackironnutrition.com

Per our Terms and Conditions policy, we do not offer the option to pause or refund services. If your career, job, or lifestyle entails the possibility of traveling in areas with limited internet access, we highly recommend opting for a month-to-month subscription. Additionally, Black Iron Nutrition coaches take 2 vacation weeks per year. The first week is of the coaches’ choosing, and you will be notified before their leave, and your nutrition check-in will be skipped during their absence. The second week is the last week in December when Black Iron Nutrition closes for the week, all check-in will be skipped during this week. All training programs will continue as normal. There are no refunds, credits, or pauses for these two weeks.
