Katie's Favorite Blaze Pizza

I’m trying to limit our eating out as much as possible and it’s amazing how much money you can save! While this isn’t quite as good as the real thing, it’s still amazing! (You can see mine in the background with just cheese & bacon cause I’m basic like that).

I used some of the balsamic glaze I used on the salad from my previous post to finish it off!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 piece of naan or other flatbread

  • 3 tbsp marinara

  • 1 oz Italian cheese blend

  • 2 oz chicken, cooked

  • 1 slice bacon

  • handful arugula

  • drizzle balsamic glaze

  • red pepper flakes (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Head up oven to 450F. Place naan on baking sheet and cook for 3-5 minutes to firm it up slightly.

  2. Take naan out of oven and cover with toppings. Place back in oven for another 5 min, or until cheese is melted.

  3. Drizzle balsamic glaze on top, add red pepper flakes and cut into quarters and enjoy!
