Hello, check-in photos ain't cute, but can we all just take a second to acknowledge what EATING MORE food can do for us?! Like what?! These pics are 2 months apart! And only the past 8 days have been 100% on track! (reminder that my "on track" and someone else’s will always be different). I've also been working with an injury the past 2 months and my activity levels have been less intense. Another reason I'm thankful to be working with Carly and Black Iron Nutrition.

I can't stress enough how worth it is to have someone to take a look at what you’re eating! Personally my goals were to just be more flexible with the types of foods I included in my diet. I had no idea I was even under eating and that my energy levels could be so improved! I had been fairly strict paleo FOR 10 YEARS. 10 years of avoiding bread, rice, beans, dairy, etc.

So here we are; eating more food, having a larger variety of foods (which makes cooking much more convenient some times), improved energy, and just overall freaking stoked.
