TESTIMONIAL
I initially heard about BIN through Amanda's Youtube Channel (a friend of mine follows her on social media and recommended her content to me) about a year ago. I didn't really investigate BIN too hard because, at the time, I didn't see anything wrong with my nutrition or training. As time went on, I got into a rut with my training and had become uncomfortable with my body composition (post-breakup weight gain is real!) and how I was feeling physically, mentally, and emotionally. I saw that a woman from my gym posted that she had worked with BIN to cut for an upcoming weightlifting meet and had a really good experience, and it sparked my interest. As I became more interested in working with BIN, I was still really worried that this would be another ineffective dieting system and I would waste money or be hangry all of the time, but that was so far from the truth! I initially started with Kelsey as my coach, but after she began her Performance programming, I had Ryann as my coach and I consider myself so lucky to have been able to work with two coaches and to experience all that BIN can offer!

BIN is so much more than just getting a set of macros and hoping for the best. When you work with a coach, you're working with someone that really gives a crap about the person you are, what your goals are, and wants to give you the tools to succeed. They celebrate your successes and push you to keep going when you want to quit. Kelsey and Ryann have been instrumental in helping me work through normal struggles of body recomposition (figuring what macros work best, motivating me to not eat 3 cheeseburgers in one sitting), but helping me with stresses from life in general - heartbreak, mental health, navigating COVID-19, a new job...literally everything.

If you're on the fence about working with BIN - JUST DO IT! It has truly changed my life in the best way. I feel so much more confident not only in how I look, but how to fuel my body, what type of movement works with my body, and how to be the most healthy version of myself possible.
