I have created a better relationship with food. I am eating more calories than I have ever done before, and still continue to lose body fat. I have lost about 7% body fat since I started tracking with Ryann and I have also seen how little the scale really matters. My coach taught me how to properly fuel my body for all of the Crossfit competitions I was doing back then as well as helped me work on my mindset with food and the scale.
