I have practiced macro counting on and off for years, but the accountability I have with my weekly check-in has been invaluable. I used to track for a few days then drop off, but because of my close monitoring and accountability, I am seeing more results than ever.

I love the weekly goal setting and habit tracking. When I would get discouraged, I would just think, "Get to Wednesday for your check-in". Sabrina is consistently engaged, enthusiastic, and so encouraging. No matter how my week went, we would just reset on check-in day and get right back to it. I am so thankful for my time with Black Iron Nutrition. The habits I have formed will follow me throughout my journey in health and fitness.
