I went through a very stressful few years where my activity level dropped dramatically. I felt crappy, so I decided to invest in myself and joined BIN for some external accountability and guidance. I was amazed how much better my energy and sleep got in the first few months. I lost weight while increasing the amount of food I was eating. I got to choose what I was eating to hit my macros and learned pretty quickly which foods fit my goals and what didn’t. When I was stuck or going though a rough patch, Lauren was always there with encouragement and tips. I never felt judged or like I’d disappointed her.
