I started with BIN because I had tried all sorts of diets and found myself in a restrict-binge cycle I knew wasn’t healthy. I was obsessed with food and scared to gain weight, which I had. The first 6 months with Maggie I lost 10 pounds, and my relationship with food was improved 10 fold. Maggie was so supportive. She always met me where I was at. She was so good at reminding me to give myself grace. And that life happens. And that sometimes things don’t go to plan and it’s ok. She gave me the tools to have a better mindset. I had such black and white thinking before. And now I can just live my life. I changed to Margaux in the early spring, just for a change of pace, and she was also wonderful. Reiterating everything Maggie said. She was so supportive. I am very hard on myself and having someone in the background reminding me to be kind to myself was life changing. I am sad to leave BIN, but I felt like I was ready. And I know where to go if I need help again. I’m so grateful to have had these coaches in my corner. They changed my mindset, and really gave me my life back. I have since taken the PN course and am coaching a few people from my gym, and I hope with time I can help a few people not feel like weight loss has to be all of their life, and maybe have a more balanced and sustainable relationship with food.
