Over the past year and a half I worked with my coach Acacia on finding balance in my life, restoring my relationship with food, and dialing things in when I needed too. BIN taught me to accept that this is real life, and it won't always be perfect. And that food is a key part of social outings, relationships, and making memories that I should be able to take part in, while still reaching my goals.
