CONDENSED LIFESTYLE BOUNDARY AGREEMENT

PURPOSE OF CONDENSED LIFESTYLE 

To provide you, the client, with weekly accountability, macro adjustments, and habit tracking. This program does not include in depth coaching or feedback. 

YOU, THE CLIENT, AGREE THAT YOU:

  • Have a general idea of how your body responds to food and are only looking for accountability, macro adjustments, and habits to track

  • Will not need support between weekly check ins

  • Have a general idea of how to build balanced meals

  • Have experience tracking food/macros

  • Have a general idea of how to meet protein, carb, and fat targets given to you

  • Understand the importance of nutritional phases (cuts, maintenance, bulks)

GUIDELINES FOR CHECK-INS WITH YOUR COACH

The software will prompt you when your check-in is due each week. You can enter only one character with the check-in questions- a number on a scale of 1-5 or Y/N. Answer the questions as honestly as you can. The more data you provide at check-in, the better we can help. More frequent weigh-ins, measurements, and photos will allow us to help to the best of our ability to track fluctuations and your response to certain macronutrients. At a bare minimum, we need your weight and waist measurement once a week and photos twice a month.

Your check-in will be replied to within 24 hours with a new set of numbers (if warranted). You will receive one message with one piece of feedback from your coach, and a second if your macros were changed. Otherwise, continue with the same macros. Please note that coaches do not review food logs on our Condensed program.

GUIDELINES FOR MESSAGING YOUR COACH

All questions can be asked in the community Mighty Network group where our coaches, interns, and members are more than happy to assist. Please do not send questions in the software, as you are on the “no feedback track”. If you find yourself needing additional support, we suggest looking into Lifestyle or Lifestyle+ coaching. 

You may use the message feature in the software to:

  • Notify your coach if your goals have changed

  • Need technical support or have a troubleshooting question

  • To reply to a question from your coach
