I started the program because I was training for a half marathon and would feel completely drained and sick after my long runs. That paired with a desire to get off my acid reflux medication brought me to BIN to figure out what I could do better. I had counted macros before and knew that it wasn’t what I wanted for myself so the Thrive program was perfect. In the short amount of time that we have worked together she has helped me get back to creating habits that suit the lifestyle that I want to live! Not only have most of my physical symptoms subsided, more importantly, I’m in a much better headspace. The diet culture is real and I had to unwind some pretty nasty behaviors/mindset to be able to move from the scale as a sole measurement of success. I love that BIN offers programs to fit all phases of your journey and grateful they encourage you to find what works for you at different points in time.
