It’s the easiest way to repurpose leftovers while boosting your micronutrient intake and keeping meals simple. Pile your favorite burger toppings over a bed of greens, drizzle on some sauce, and you’ve got a quick, satisfying meal that hits the spot. No food waste, no fuss—just a solid, macro-friendly lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 93/7 Ground Beef Patty

  • Romaine lettuce

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Slices dill pickles

  • Sliced red onion

  • Your favorite burger sauce. I make my own.

Instructions:

  1. Heat your burger patty.

  2. Pile everything in a bowl.

  3. This recipe can be adapted in so many ways. Use whatever you love on a burger, just toss it in a bowl!
