Julia Hollingsworth
Julia came to us with a fat loss goal, but also wanted to focus on her overall health and improve her blood work results. Julia already had knowledge on tracking and the different phases of nutrition, so after a few weeks at maintenance, we were able to dive right in.
In the past 16 months Ryann has taken Julia through two structured fat loss phases, each followed by a reverse diet and maintenance period to preserve her results.
Ryann had Julia focused on the basics throughout: increasing her step count and NEAT (non-exercise movement), staying consistent with hydration, and planning her meals ahead of time.
The results speak for themselves. Julia is down 25+ pounds and 28 inches total, 6.5 of those inches from her waist alone.
