PB&J Smoothie Bowl

This is one of my favorites for pre or post-training when I’m not really feeling a meal. You can use plain Greek yogurt to take the carbs down, but it makes it pretty tart tasting. You can also take the ingredient measurements down a bit to yield a smaller amount.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 10 oz Fairlife milk

  • ¾ cup vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Blend, bowl, and drizzle with peanut butter.
