  • 4 cups fat free Cool Whip (288g)
  • 1 box of Jell-O instant sugar free fat free vanilla pudding (32g)
  • Fruit for dipping


  1. Add the Greek yogurt, Cool Whip and dry Jell-O pudding to a bowl and stir until fully combined
  2. Serve with fruit of choice
