Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Dip with Apple

This is one of my favorite quick, well-balanced snacks, especially in the Fall time when apples are in season. It has plenty of protein and fiber, so it’ll leave you satiated.
Ingredients
  • 100g red apple
  • 150g non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 12g chia seeds
  • 3g maple syrup
  • 12g peanut butter
  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions

Add Greek yogurt, maple syrup, chia seeds, and peanut butter in a bowl or ramekin and mix. Add a dash of cinnamon on top, if you’d like.

Slice an apple.

Dip the apple in the Greek yogurt mixture and enjoy!
