Sweet Thai Chili Beef Bowl
This meal comes together quickly. It’s been perfect for busy weeknights and uses minimal ingredients!
Ingredients
- 1 lb 93% lean ground beef
- ⅓ cup Sweet Thai Chili Sauce (Target brand Good & Gather)
- 2 cups frozen vegetables (I like the PuraVida Fire Roasted Vegetable Melange from Costco)
- 600g cooked jasmine rice (fresh, frozen, or microwaveable)
- Green onions
- Sesame seeds
Instructions

Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.

Reduce heat to medium and stir in the sweet Thai chili sauce (you can add more or less depending on your preference). Let simmer for 2–3 minutes.

While the beef cooks, heat frozen vegetables (microwave or sauté).

Cook the jasmine rice.

Divide rice between bowls. Top with sweet Thai chili beef and vegetables. Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
