Ryann and I started working together almost 2 and a half years ago. I came to her after losing a substantial amount of weight on my own through ways that I don't think were ever going to be sustainable long term. I wanted to learn how to fuel my body effectively while making room for me to live my life. Through our years of working together, I've gone from eating 1300 calories a day to over 2000 at maintenance. With Ryann's guidance, I've successfully completed two fat loss phases, transitioned my coaching program from lifestyle to performance, learned how to be compliant when things are not 100% perfect in my environment, not panic about how to eat while traveling, and competed in both running and CrossFit. Her approach is dynamic and sustainable as my life and goals change. My fitness has never been higher than it is right now despite having a body fat percentage below 13%. Ryann's given me the knowledge and confidence to fuel my body to be my best self.
