Cottage Cheese Protein Waffles

High in protein, easy to make, and delicious, these blender protein waffles are a quick breakfast upgrade you’ll want in your weekly rotation. Just toss everything in the blender, cook until golden, and add your favorite toppings for a balanced meal that keeps you full and satisfied.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup cottage cheese

  • 30g unflavored casein protein powder

  • 2 tbsp oat flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp melted butter

  • 1 tbsp milk

  • 50g mashed banana (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat waffle iron and grease lightly if needed.

  2. Blend everything until smooth.

  3. Pour in half the batter, cook until golden brown. Repeat with second half.

  4. Serve with your favorite toppings!
