Cottage Cheese Protein Waffles

High in protein, easy to make, and delicious, these blender protein waffles are a quick breakfast upgrade you’ll want in your weekly rotation. Just toss everything in the blender, cook until golden, and add your favorite toppings for a balanced meal that keeps you full and satisfied.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
½ cup cottage cheese
30g unflavored casein protein powder
2 tbsp oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp melted butter
1 tbsp milk
50g mashed banana (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat waffle iron and grease lightly if needed.
Blend everything until smooth.
Pour in half the batter, cook until golden brown. Repeat with second half.
Serve with your favorite toppings!
