FULL COACHING

For those who want support that goes beyond basic nutrition coaching. This service looks at and coaches the full picture: nutrition, sleep, stress management, recovery, lifestyle demands, body image, relationship with food, and performance, pregnancy, and postpartum when applicable. You’ll receive in-depth weekly check-ins, detailed video feedback, and personalized adjustments that evolve with real life. Full Coaching is ideal if you want deeper support and connection, more context, and a coach who helps you connect the dots, not just hit the numbers.

BASIC COACHING

For those who want basic accountability, structure, and expert eyes on their nutrition each week. You’ll receive a streamlined weekly check-in, personalized macro and habit adjustments, and written and/or audio feedback to keep things moving in the right direction. With food diary assessment, this service still offers meaningful insight into food choices, portions, and patterns, without the in-depth support or ongoing back-and-forth of higher-touch coaching. Best for those who want guidance and consistency, without in-depth support outside of nutrition.
