Brooke has been amazing. She has helped my body come out of a very stressed state. I didn’t realize that there were several factors working against me, not just my training, but also my profession, my sleep, food quality, and mental health. Brooke has been beyond patient and supportive. Through working with Brooke, my food quality has come back to what it used to be, and I enjoy cooking again. After working years of night shift, we really dove into creating a nightly routine and making sleep a priority, and I now have a circadian rhythm and average 7–9 hours of sleep, along with increasing both my REM and deep sleep. Brooke has helped me work through an injury and helped me find the positives and ways to still make progress toward my endurance goals while I was down. I have had several nutrition coaches, and Brooke is the one I have been looking for my whole athletic career. I look forward to continuing to work with her and crushing my 2026 goals together!
