No Food Prep: Protein Edition
Sometimes, folks are so busy that can’t spend a few hours in the kitchen a week to food prep. Or, they aren’t Master Chefs (yet).
Here are some quick, go-to options from the frozen foods section of a few different grocery stores to hopefully alleviate some stress and help with time management.
Make sure to watch out for sodium with these guys - packaged foods are notorious sodium bombs. Find a balance.

BREAKFAST:
