Steak Bowl
A great balance of protein, fat, carbs, and fiber!
Ingredients
- 6 oz steak
- 1 cup cooked jasmine rice
- 3 cups broccoli
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- Wing Sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Season the steak with salt and pepper. Cook using your preferred method (cast iron, grill, or air fryer) until cooked to your desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes, then cut into bite size pieces.

Prepare rice on the stovetop or in the microwave.

Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry at 400°F for about 13 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Put everything in a bowl and top with wing sauce.
