Mander’s taco bowl
A super easy bowl to put together with different textures!
Ingredients
- 4 oz lean ground beef
- Taco seasoning
- 150g cooked jasmine rice (frozen is a great option)
- ½ cup mixed veggies (fresh or frozen)
- 50g black beans or pinto beans
- 50g avocado
- 28g yellow tortilla chips (or whatever chips you prefer)
Instructions

Cook ground beef over medium high heat and add taco seasoning.

Cook jasmine rice (to make it easy on yourself you can use frozen, I love the ones from Trader Joe’s!).

Warm veggies and beans.

Assemble everything in a bowl and top with avocado and tortilla chips.
