Mander’s Breakfast sandwich
This is my GO TO breakfast sandwich for YEARS. It's my pre-training meal so it's high in carb + protein, but keeps me full for hours.
Ingredients
- 1 Dave’s Killer Bagel (I love putting this on a cinnamon raisin bagel)
- 100g egg whites
- Trader Joe’s lite swiss cheese (or whatever cheese you like)
- 2 slices of low fat bacon
- a little bit of jam (trust me)
Instructions

Cook egg whites in a pan on medium/low heat. While they're cooking toast your bagel.

When egg whites start to form, fold over into a square and add your cheese.

On the other side of the pan, cook your 2 slices of bacon.

Once cheese is melted, layer it onto the bagel and add bacon.

I always suggest adding a little bit of jam for sweetness, SO easy!
