Manders Breakfast Sandwich

This has been Coach Manders go-to breakfast sandwich for years. It’s her pre-training meal so it’s high in carbs and protein, and also filling enough to keep you satisfied for hours.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Dave’s Killer Bagel (I love putting this on a cinnamon raisin bagel)

  • 100g egg whites

  • Trader Joe’s lite swiss cheese (or whatever cheese you like)

  • 2 slices of low fat bacon

  • a little bit of jam (trust me)

Instructions:

  1. .Cook egg whites in a pan on medium/low heat. While they're cooking toast your bagel.

  2. When egg whites start to form, fold over into a square and add your cheese.

  3. On the other side of the pan, cook your 2 slices of bacon.

  4. Once cheese is melted, layer it onto the bagel and add bacon.

  5. I always suggest adding a little bit of jam for sweetness, SO easy!
