Manders Breakfast Sandwich

This has been Coach Manders go-to breakfast sandwich for years. It’s her pre-training meal so it’s high in carbs and protein, and also filling enough to keep you satisfied for hours.
Ingredients:
1 Dave’s Killer Bagel (I love putting this on a cinnamon raisin bagel)
100g egg whites
Trader Joe’s lite swiss cheese (or whatever cheese you like)
2 slices of low fat bacon
a little bit of jam (trust me)
Instructions:
.Cook egg whites in a pan on medium/low heat. While they're cooking toast your bagel.
When egg whites start to form, fold over into a square and add your cheese.
On the other side of the pan, cook your 2 slices of bacon.
Once cheese is melted, layer it onto the bagel and add bacon.
I always suggest adding a little bit of jam for sweetness, SO easy!
