Air Fried Chickpeas

This is an easy, high fiber, high protein meal to snack on!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas

  • Seasoning of choice

  • Drizzle of olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and drain chickpeas.

  2. Dry the chickpeas using a paper towel and let air dry.

  3. Place chickpeas in a mixing bowl and add a drizzle of olive oil.

  4. Add your choice of seasoning.

  5. Air fry for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

  6. Halfway through, shake.

  7. Allow to cool.
