I began my flexible lifestyle in March 2017, but finally jumped on the BIN train back in November 2017. I had been following Kelsey’s CrossFit journey for a while and looked up to her as an athlete (still do!). Having known about BIN for a while, I finally reached out and ended up getting to work with her. Although my weight has not changed a huge amount since starting here in November, I am as light as I have been in years and have leaned out a ton. Since November, I’ve lost almost 3lbs and 6” in total. Pretty cool if you ask me. 

I’ve learned so much about myself mentally and physically throughout the past year, and continue to do so on a daily basis. My energy levels are great, I really enjoy CrossFitting all the time (I don’t take enough rest days - oops), and I’m eating more than ever. Having a nutrition coach like Kelsey has made me more accountable not only to her, but more importantly, to myself. I have learned that I don’t need to “cheat” to enjoy a meal - just learn how to fit it in to my macros for the day. Being able to have a few cookies for dessert without the guilt is great. 

If your goal is to be the best version of yourself, this is the way to do it. The results start to show almost instantly - whether it be how you look or how you feel. The coaches at BIN are all super supportive, and the community of people you meet through them is awesome.
