As someone who has counted macros and weighed their food for years, I felt extremely comfortable with the structure on BIN. What I was looking for mainly was accountability and that extra push to bring me to my goals. Working with Coach Kay over the past 3 months has allowed me to really dial in my nutrition and focus on smaller, sometimes overlooked, details like hitting my micronutrients, monitoring my sleep, and upping my water intake to align with my high activity training. Even while cutting, I have been able to maintain my overall endurance in running and participate in multiple races including my first half marathon. While a 17 pound weight loss in three months is significant for me, my non-scale victories (like comfortably fitting into size 2 jeans) have had the most impact on my self esteem. I really have been enjoying my time as a BIN client and look forward to what the next three months will bring!
