Apple Rhubarb Crumble

Apple Rhubarb Crumble
Servings: 4


For the topping:

  • 80g white flour

  • 80g icing sugar

  • 75g unsalted butter, melted

For the filling:

  • 140g gala apple (or apple of your choice)

  • 265g raw rhubarb

  • 40g white sugar (you could use stevia instead. 1.8g stevia is the same as 3.5g sugar)


  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Add the ingredients for the topping to a bowl and stir until well combined

  3. Add the filling ingredients to a pie dish

  4. Spread the topping over the filing

  5. Bake for 30 minutes and serve!
