Farmers Market Salad and Potatoes

Shopping local farmers markets is one of the many things we can do to create a more sustainable lifestyle. Buying local helps reduce the thousands of miles your food might have to travel to reach your plate. It also helps support your local community and there is less waste since it is more of a direct farm to table approach. I created this recipe using local produce and products from my farmers market.


  • 75g Mixed Greens

  • 75g Spinach

  • 84g Grape Tomatoes

  • 84g Dill Hummus

  • 28g Sunflower Shoots

  • 28g Cucumber

  • 158g Potatoes


  • Wash all the produce and combine to make a salad.

  • Potatoes- Cut into pieces and put in the Air Fryer at 400g for 20 minutes, flipping them half way through
