BBQ Tofu Sliders with Garbanzo Beans & Avocado Lime Coleslaw

Nothing says summer time like BBQs, friends and family. The weather warms up, we start the grills and invite friends and family over to cook and eat.  Being vegan at a BBQ can be challenging, then add in tracking, weighing and calculating macros and panic can start to set in. I created this recipe so you can enjoy BBQs and socializing while still working towards your goals. It is vegan and gluten-free. It is higher in protein and is easily adjustable to fit into your macros.
